Registration Dates

Author Registration Deadline (for all accepted papers): 11 July 2025 – 19 Aug 2025 (extended)

Early Bird Period (for all): 13 August 2025 – 30 August 2025

Standard Registration Period: 31 August 2025 – 20 October 2025

Onsite Registration Period: 21 October 2025 – 31 October

Important Note to Authors

  • Each paper at the main conference, regardless of paper type, must be covered by at least one author registration.  
  • Each paper requires registration and payment of the required fee; you can register multiple papers in a single registration process when registering for your attendance.
  • You may choose to attend physically (in-person) or virtually (online). Registration for physical attendance requires authors to travel to Dublin to present their work in oral or poster format. Registration for online attendance facilitates authors to present their work via our online conference platform. We kindly ask you to select your registration type carefully, as we will build the conference schedule based on attendance (physical and virtual).
  • Main conference paper authors must register by 23:59 Irish time, 19 August, and Workshop paper authors must register by 23:59 Irish time, 23 August.

 

Registration Types

  • In-Person Full Registration (ACM member/non-member): Participants will have full access to the conference. Member rate is available to all association members upon submission of a valid membership number.
  • In-Person Student Full Registration (ACM member/non-member): Student registration is available for those studying full time and who hold a current Student Identification Card. To be eligible, you will need to provide a copy of your current student ID card or a written statement from your supervisor verifying your student status.
  • Virtual Full Registration: Participants will only be able to access the conference virtually. It does not include the social events.
  • Workshop Only Registration: Participants will have full access to the workshops only. Member rate is available to all association members upon submission of a valid membership number. This registration does not include a ticket to the social events.

 

Full Registration & Student Registration entitlements include

  • Attendance at all conference sessions (in person only)
  • Attendance at all streamed conference sessions (in person & virtual)
  • Catering during session breaks and lunch (in person only)
  • Welcome Reception at Dublin Royal Convention Centre on 28 October (in person only)
  • Gala Dinner Event ticket at Guinness Storehouse on 30 October (in person only)
  • Access to the conference app (in person & virtual)

 

Registration Fees

  • Payment is required upon registration.
  • All registration rates are VAT-exempt.
  • All payments made must be in Euros (€).
  • Please note that in-person attendance and virtual attendance are the same price.

Full Registration

⚠️ Each paper needs to be associated with one full author registration at either ACM Member rate, or non-member rate. One full registration can cover only one accepted paper.
