Welcome to ACM Multimedia 2025, the premier international conference dedicated to advancing research and applications across diverse multimedia fields. It brings together academia and industry professionals to explore cutting-edge developments in areas such as video, virtual and augmented reality, speech, and social data. With an emphasis on integrating diverse data modalities and addressing real-world challenges, the conference showcases innovative approaches and technologies with wide-reaching impact in fields like healthcare, education, and entertainment.

The conference will take place across three venues:

The ACM MM 2025 Conference will take place between the 27 and 31 October 2025.

The Early Bird Registration for Members and Non-Members is open from 11 July 2025 and will end on the 23 August 2025, 23:59 Irish Time.

The Early Bird Registration for Non-Author Students and Workshop Only attendees are open from 5 August 2025 and will end on the 23 August 2025, 23:59 Irish Time.

Regular Registration will be available from 24 August 2025 to 20 October 2025, 23:59 Irish Time.

Late/Onsite Registration will then be available from 21 October 2025 to the end of the conference, 31 October 2025.

We send out payment chases to any attendee who has a balance outstanding on their registration record. This could be for your registration, a function you have booked such as dinner, a workshop, or your accommodation. If you have made payment recently, please send your remittance advice to acmmm25@conferencepartners.ie so our team can update your account.

You do not have to be a member to attend ACM Multimedia 2025. However, there is a discounted rate for those who are members. If you would like to become a member, see more details here.

Card Payments: We accept Visa and Mastercard, both debit and credit cards.

Bank Transfer: If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please note the following:

• A €25 + VAT administration fee will apply. Payments must be made only to Conference Partners International.
• Full payment must be received within two weeks of the invoice date. If payment is not received within this period, your registration will be cancelled.
• Be sure to include your name and ID number as payment reference.

All registrations are non-refundable. If you register but do not attend, the full fee still applies and must be paid.

You may transfer your registration to another person at any time for a €25 + VAT administrative fee.

Yes, you must register directly via your exhibitor portal. When you have booked your exhibition space you should have received a confirmation email with all the details included.

We have worked with the Radisson Blu Hotel Golden Lane, Hyatt Centric The Liberties Dublin and the Staycity Aparthotels to secure rooms at a discounted rate for those attending ACM MM 2025. Dublin Airport is located about 15 km from the city centre, with several convenient transport options available. Full travel details will be provided in the “Know Before You Go” document prior to the conference. In the meantime, the following apps can help you get to the Dublin Royal Convention Centre:

• TFI Go – Buy tickets for Transport for Ireland buses and select commercial bus services.
• Free Now – Book a licensed taxi immediately or in advance. Accepts both cash and card.
• Uber – Order a licensed car ride on demand or schedule in advance. Cash and card payments accepted.
• Irish Rail – Check train schedules and travel across Ireland with real-time updates.

The local currency in Ireland is Euro. Visa and Mastercard are widely accepted throughout Ireland; American Express is accepted in some places but not all.
