MPV Upload (Now Closed)
At ACM MM’25, we will facilitate only oral talks at the main conference. There will be no poster sessions at ACM MM’25. Multimedia Presentation Videos (MPVs) will be used as a replacement for the traditional printed poster, and all authors (both on-site and virtual) are expected to prepare an MPV. The MPV is a short video that summarises the contribution of your paper. Most conference tracks (Regular, BNI, Dataset, Open-Source, Reproducibility, Demo, Industrial Demo, Interactive Art, Doctoral Symposium) are asked to prepare a 3-minute MPV video and upload this MPV videos using this MPV Upload form. Please note that no MPV is required for Grand Challenges and Workshops, as their virtual presentation modalities are up to the GC/WS organisers.
Video papers will be presented via a longer 10-minute MPV video on our virtual platform and in a dedicated video session at the conference. The MPV video should be in UKH or FHD resolution with a 16:9 aspect ratio. Acceptable encoding formats would be h.264, h.265, or av1. MPVs must be no larger than 1GB. These MPVs will be available on our Whova online platform for playback at any time. They will also be accessible and displayed on numerous large screens around the venue.
Deadline: 30 September 2025 (AoE) –> Extended to 3 October
