This conference has been thoughtfully planned with sustainability at the forefront, ensuring a reduced environmental impact while providing a seamless experience for attendees. All selected venues, including the Dublin Royal Convention Centre, banquet and welcome reception venues, are within a short walking distance of each other, allowing participants to easily navigate by foot. Additionally the related events of CBMI 2025 and MediaEval 2025 are also located with a few minutes walk.
Each contracted venue takes its sustainability responsibilities seriously, incorporating energy-efficient technologies, waste reduction initiatives, and locally sourced catering options. The Dublin Royal Convention Centre, in particular, goes a step further by offsetting the carbon emissions of every event hosted there. By choosing venues that prioritise environmental stewardship, we aim to deliver a world-class conference experience while supporting global sustainability efforts in the academic and technology communities.
